Call for Exhibition

The exhibition committee is happy to accept proposals for exhibiting products, services and technologies from not only industry but also academia at INTERSPEECH 2010, the world largest scientific conference in the field of spoken language processing.

  • The exhibition will take place at lobby space which is directly connected to major lecture rooms at Makuhari Messe international conference hall.
  • The exhibition fee is 200 thousand Yen (for private companies) and 100 thousand Yen (for publishers or academic institutes).
  • Unit size of the exhibition booth is 2700mm (W) X 1800mm (D) X 2400mm (H). A name plate, three lights, three AC outlets (100V, up to 1kW in total) and an optical fiber digital line for internet connection will be provided for each booth.
  • Exhibition is programmed September 27(Mon)-30(Thu) (four days).

"To those who are interested in: Please contact us before June 30. After this date, we may be able to accept exhibition (subject to availability), but inclusion of your (company) name in the Conference Program & Abstract Book and USB-Proceedings comes difficult due to the publication schedule."
